This policy explains how Pakistan Mountaineering Club handles the personal information you share with us when you enquire about or book a trip.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, trip preferences, travel dates and any information needed to arrange permits, a Letter of Invitation and logistics.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, plan and run your trip, arrange permits and travel documents, and keep you informed about your booking. We do not sell your personal information.
How we communicate
Most communication happens over WhatsApp, email or phone. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
Data sharing
We share only the information required with the authorities and partners involved in your trip, such as permit offices and the local crew supporting your departure. We do not share your details for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once it is no longer needed for your booking. Contact us using the details on our contact page.
